This website (crazyclownlosangeles.com) is operated by the brand CCLA (Crazy Clown Los Angeles). The controller of your personal data is:
Thomas Wirski TW
ul. Dębnicka 6, 30-326 Kraków, Poland
NIP (Tax ID): 6762327978
Contact: princeclownofhollywood@gmail.com
2. What data we collect
When you sign up on this website, we collect your email address. Our email provider also records technical information related to the signup and to our emails (such as the date and time of signup, IP address, and whether an email was opened or a link was clicked).
3. Why we process it and on what legal basis
- To send you marketing emails about CCLA — news, releases, special offers, product updates and promotions. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- To keep a record of your consent and unsubscribe requests. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in demonstrating compliance (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Giving your email address is voluntary. Without it we cannot send you our newsletter. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent. After that, we may keep a minimal record (your email address and the date of withdrawal) for as long as needed to prove compliance and to make sure we do not contact you again.
5. Who we share it with
We use Klaviyo, Inc. to store our mailing list and send emails, and Cloudflare, Inc. to host this website. They process data only on our behalf and under our instructions. Both companies are based in the United States; transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell your data.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format, and object to processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time — click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or write to us at the contact address above. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl).
7. Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
8. Terms of use
All content on this website — including the name and logo "Crazy Clown", texts and photographs — belongs to CCLA or its collaborators and may not be copied or used without permission. Signing up for our emails is free. We may update this page from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by Polish law.
